We are phasing out Direct Debit payments and switching to recurring card payments instead. This is part of our ongoing commitment to provide an easier and more flexible member experience.
From 31st March 2022, Direct Debit payments will be completely stopped. If you are a Direct Debit member, you can update your details in just a few quick steps:
- Step one: Login to your member account at www.odeon.co.uk/my-account/payment/ and select 'Payment' from the menu.
- Step two: Select 'Add new card' and enter the details of your preferred debit or credit card.

Once updated, we will take care of the rest so there is no need to cancel your existing Direct Debit.
If you don’t update your details by 31st March 2022, your membership will be suspended.
