Cancelling myLIMITLESS
We're sorry to see you go, you can now cancel your monthly myLIMITLESS subscription online by logging into your ODEON account.
Click here to visit the ‘Membership’ section of your profile.
If you are within your minimum term, your earliest cancellation date can only apply after the end of your minimum term.

Changing, Cancelling or Refunding a Booking
⚠️ Bookings cannot be amended — please cancel your existing booking and make a new reservation.
To cancel, simply use the ODEON App (available on iOS and Android):
- Go to My Profile in the ODEON App.
- Select Purchases, then choose your booking.
- Tap Refund → Refund Order.
