If you have not been able to attend your booked performance, or if you need to change your performance/seats/time, you will need to request a refund.
If you booked through an ODEON Account
If you booked through an ODEON Extras or myLIMITLESS account, you can refund your booking yourself by following these instructions.
⚠️ Bookings cannot be amended — please cancel your existing booking and make a new reservation.
To cancel, simply use the ODEON App (available on iOS and Android):
Go to My Profile in the ODEON App.
Select Purchases, then choose your booking.
Tap Refund → Refund Order.
If you cannot refund your booking due to being within two hours of the performance, don't worry, contact us by clicking on our chat widget at the bottom left of this screen. Our fantastic bot Odi can take your details and process the cancellation for you within 24 hours.
Do not worry if this timeframe goes beyond your performance, we'll still get that refund to you.
If you booked as a guest
If you booked as a guest, you wont be able to process a refund yourself.
However if you contact us by clicking on our chat widget at the bottom left of this screen. Our fantastic bot Odi can take your details and process the cancellation for you within 24 hours.
Do not worry if this timeframe goes beyond your performance, we'll still get that refund to you.
